In the congested Oriental Plaza, a knit sweater-coat seemed to look relaxing and Scandinavian. She was sort of milling about with no particular direction. I like the patent red shoes too.

Hand made? From the rack?
It would be good to know the extent to which fashion minded people are opting for individualized items, seeking out crafts people, paying for their skills, and how these crafts people are finding the means to market their one of a kind products other than tailors.
Have boring look-alikes seen their day or is life too busy and factory clothing too cheap to allow for individuality. That is really the heart of what some of your choices are searching for. Yes?
